Both the Beaufort County Sheriff and the Beaufort Police departments responded to an apparent robbery of Zaxby's. The Beaufort Police Department is looking for two armed black males believed to have robbed an employee of Beaufort's Zaxby's early Wednesday.

The employee told officers that as he was coming into the restaurant on Robert Smalls Parkway, he was approached by two black males, one of whom was armed with a handgun, said Maj. Matt Clancy, police department spokesman. The men demanded money, then left on foot.
The employee was not injured in the robbery, Clancy said.
The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office K-9 unit was dispatched to the scene to track the suspects.
