LIBPA to host Senate 46 candidates

The Lady's Island Business and Professional Association will host the candidates for state Senate District 46 as guest speakers at its Sept. 9 meeting.
The candidates, Republican Tom Davis and Democrat Kent Fletcher, will each be given 10 minutes to speak, take questions from the audience, and have three minutes for a summary.
The meeting, which begins at 8 a.m. at the Sea Island Conference Center, 178 Sams Point Road, is open to the public.
